You won’t always wake up feeling motivated and on top of things. Some days you’ll be a little demotivated and have no desire to go out there and do great things, but it’s important to talk yourself into it. Here are a couple of things you can tell yourself before heading out and starting your day.
“I’m destined for greatness”
You are. Once you tell yourself this every day or even more than once a day, you’ll believe it. And once you believe it, you can build the confidence to go out and do great things.
You’re a winner. You need to tell yourself that no matter what may go wrong in your day and in your life, you’ll never give up. You must promise to pick yourself up as many times as you may fall.
“Today I’m going to be kind”
Give others compliments, help those who need it and be a positive energy to have around. Be as kind to yourself as you are to others. Compliment yourself, spoil yourself and fill your mind with positive thoughts and affirmations.
“I will do my best to be the best version of me”
If you tell yourself that you’ll do your best, you’re going to put a lot of effort into everything you do. And the more effort you put into things, the greater their success and the prouder of yourself you’ll be. Being the best version of yourself means you slay in your lane, and don’t compare yourself to others or become discouraged when they do well at something.
“I am worthy of good things and I’m enough”
When you show yourself this much love, you won’t accept anything that doesn’t complement the way you feel about yourself. Respect and love yourself. Others will also do a better job of showing you the kind of love and respect that you deserve because you’ve shown them what it looks like.
Our minds and hearts consume everything we feed them. Feed your mind kindness and positive words. Believe in yourself enough to know that the positive things you feel about yourself are true. Here’s an article that’ll help you continue motivating yourself even on difficult days.
