Give others compliments, help those who need it and be a positive energy to have around. Be as kind to yourself as you are to others. Compliment yourself, spoil yourself and fill your mind with positive thoughts and affirmations.

“I will do my best to be the best version of me”

If you tell yourself that you’ll do your best, you’re going to put a lot of effort into everything you do. And the more effort you put into things, the greater their success and the prouder of yourself you’ll be. Being the best version of yourself means you slay in your lane, and don’t compare yourself to others or become discouraged when they do well at something.

“I am worthy of good things and I’m enough”

When you show yourself this much love, you won’t accept anything that doesn’t complement the way you feel about yourself. Respect and love yourself. Others will also do a better job of showing you the kind of love and respect that you deserve because you’ve shown them what it looks like.
